Assurance Associate
Responsibilities: • Assists in performing audits and review engagements. • Assists in the preparation of financial statements and footnotes. • Maintains relationships with, and speak with key client personnel to obtain an understanding of business operations, processes and functions. • Documents work completed by preparing work papers. Qualifications: College graduate with an accounting degree. Highly motivated and has excellent analytical and communication skills. Tax Associate
Responsibilities: • Files federal, state, and local tax documents by preparing federal and state tax returns, extensions, and quarterly payments for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. • Recommends tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues. • Maintains legislative materials by reviewing, interpreting, and implementing new or revised laws. Qualifications: You must have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting. You will have minimal three years previous tax experience
